(Lecturer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.borderlinecollective.org\/artists\/saw-chucil\/\">Saw Chu Cil<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>How to sketch and draw Landscape! (Organizer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.borderlinecollective.org\/artists\/sein-sein-lin\/\">Sein Sein Lin<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>How do we paint portrait!  (Lecturer Htut Aung)<\/li>\n<li>How to use water colour! (Lecturer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.borderlinecollective.org\/artists\/saw-chucil\/\">Saw Chu Cil<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Borderline began its first Art Class on 3 March 2007 and the course ran from 11:00am until 5:30pm. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.borderlinecollective.org\/artists\/saw-chucil\/\">Saw Chu Cil<\/a> was the first lecturer.
